Our Remodeling Process
Most remodeling stress comes from not knowing what happens next. Here is exactly how a project works with LRTX Remodel, from first call to final walkthrough.
1. Free in-home consultation
We visit your home, measure the space, look at what is behind the walls (plumbing, electrical, structure), and listen to how you use the room today. We talk budget honestly and give you a realistic range before you spend anything. You get: a budget range and a recommendation on scope.
2. Design and selections
We draw the floor plan and, for kitchens and baths, 3D renderings. Then we choose every finish together: cabinets, countertops, tile, plumbing fixtures, lighting, flooring, paint and hardware. Decisions made now prevent delays and change orders later. You get: drawings, renderings and a complete selections list.
3. Fixed written proposal
An itemized scope of work and one price in writing, with a payment schedule tied to completed milestones — not large deposits up front. If you change the plan later we price the change in writing before doing it. You get: a contract you can read and understand.
4. Ordering and permits
We order long-lead items (cabinets, stone, special tile, windows) as soon as you sign, apply for permits with your city, and set the start date so materials arrive before demolition. You get: a written schedule.
5. Construction
We protect floors and furniture, put up dust barriers, keep the job site clean every day and keep one project lead as your contact. Inspections happen at the required stages. If we find a hidden problem, we stop, send photos and price the fix before doing anything. You get: weekly updates with photos.
6. Walkthrough and warranty
We walk the finished project together, complete every punch-list item, and hand over product warranties, care instructions and our written workmanship warranty. You get: a finished project and Written workmanship warranty on every project. See our warranty.
