Prep makes it last
Peeling garage coatings fail because the concrete was etched instead of ground. We diamond-grind the slab to open the pores, repair cracks and spalls, and then apply a base coat, full or partial flake broadcast and a UV-stable clear topcoat. Polyaspartic topcoats will not yellow in sunlight the way many epoxies do — important for west-facing DFW garages.
