Our Warranty

Written workmanship warranty on every project. We stand behind our work in writing, and we make it easy to request service.

What our workmanship warranty covers

• Defects in installation and craftsmanship by our crews — tile, flooring, trim, cabinets, drywall, paint, framing and finish carpentry.
• Shower waterproofing and pans we built.
• Plumbing and electrical work performed under our contract.
• Doors and drawers we installed that stop operating properly due to installation.

Manufacturer warranties

Products such as cabinets, countertops, flooring, fixtures, windows, roofing and appliances carry their own manufacturer warranties. We register products where required and give you the paperwork at the final walkthrough, and we help you file any claim.

What is not covered

• Normal wear and tear, and damage from misuse or accidents.
• Minor drywall and grout hairline cracks from normal seasonal or foundation movement (we will touch them up once at the one-year visit).
• Products or work supplied by the homeowner or other contractors.
• Natural variation in stone, wood and other natural materials.
• Damage from water leaks, storms or other events not caused by our work.

How to request warranty service

2. Send a photo of the issue if you can.
3. We respond within two business days and schedule a visit.

One-year check-in

About a year after completion we check in to look over the work and handle any adjustments — doors that need tweaking after the house settles, grout touch-ups, caulk lines.
